Our BeerCrafted in Belmont, Poured Everywhere
Core Lineup
Eight beers on tap every day of the year, brewed fresh at our Belmont taproom.
Queen City Lager
Our house American lager is packed with smooth malt flavor and bright hops without being too heavy on the palate. German Saaz and Tettnang hops create a very unique and refreshing balance of herbal, floral, citrusy, and grapefruit notes.
Malice
This juicy, smooth, and full body IPA is packed with hop flavor and aroma. Brewed with healthy amounts of flaked oats and white wheat, giving this IPA a hazy gold color. Dry hopped with Mosaic, Amarillo, and Idaho 7 hops for a tropical experience followed by citrus notes of grapefruit and orange.
Clockwork Orange
Bronze medal winner in the juicy/hazy category at the 2025 CIBA Brewed Competition. This hazy IPA is incredibly crushable with moderately low bitterness and high orange citrus flavor. Packed with oats and a touch of lactose in the boil for a slight creamy finish to this full-bodied IPA. Dry hopped with a heavy dose of Cascade and Citra for a vibrant aroma of orange and citrus notes.
Blonde Bombshell
Inspired by one of history’s most iconic blondes, this smooth, balanced ale blends vanilla, a touch of lactose, and medium roast coffee from our friends at Enderly Coffee. Creamy, aromatic, and crushably delicious — this coffee blonde is easy to love and hard to put down.
Limerick (Nitro)
A taste of Ireland here in North Carolina. Our take on a traditional Irish stout has a crisp, clean finish and a creamy mouthfeel courtesy of nitro infusion on its way to the tap. A base of pale malt complemented by roasted and chocolate malts gives this beer its rich flavor, while flaked barley gives the body a nice boost.
Gears of Time
A very clean and refreshing wheat ale brewed with hints of sweet orange peel and coriander. Similar to a Blonde Ale but with large amounts of white wheat that create a smooth medium body and impart a slightly sweet but crisp wheat flavor. Late additions of Mandarina Bavarian hops add to the citrus notes that accentuate the orange peel.
Flying Robot
Inspired by our friends out West, this IPA is brewed using the Pacific Northwest’s finest, stickiest, and most resinous hops. Dry hopped with Mosaic and Citra to give a heavy aroma of citrus fruit, pine, and straight up dankness. Clear, crisp, with a nice pale amber color.
Swivel Gun
A nice balance of malt and hop flavors. Light notes of caramel and toasted malt make for a smooth flavor experience that pairs nicely with the lightly crisp and earthy notes from East Kent Golding hops.
Barrel Aged Beers
Four beers rested in barrels for months at a time — small batches, big patience.
Tolls of Passing Souls
Large amounts of caramel malt, chocolate malt, and roasted barley provide a thick body and complement the residual sweetness. Aged in bourbon barrels from our friends at Oaklore Distilling for 1 year.
Not Your Grandma’s
This chocolate cherry stout will bring your taste buds right to the dessert table. Smooth, velvety head with aromas of black cherry and a hint of milk chocolate. Aged in bourbon barrels from our friends at Oaklore Distilling, giving a subtle warm finish to the upfront sweetness.
Deadeye
There is a nice balance of malt and hop flavors. Our classic Swivel Gun was aged in bourbon barrels from our friends at Oaklore Distilling for one year, enhancing the caramel and stone fruit notes while providing a rich, smooth bourbon finish.
Black Beard
A nice balance of malt and hop flavors. Our classic Red Beard was aged in bourbon barrels from our friends at Oaklore Distilling for 1 year, bringing out stone fruit notes while providing a rich, smooth bourbon finish.
Seasonal Rotation
Seven rotating beers that come and go with the seasons — catch them while they last.
Cocomunga
Rich, full-bodied, smooth mouthfeel imperial stout with a heavy finish of coconut. Subtle chocolate and roasted notes.
Hyde’s Dixon Cider
Our take on a traditional hard cider. Dry, crisp, and full of apple flavor. The perfect beverage for any fall activity.
Hydetoberfest
This classic Oktoberfest is all about that rich, beery goodness. It’s got a solid toasted malt aroma that you can really sink your nose into. The taste is soft and smooth, with a deep, satisfying malt character with layers of caramel and toasty notes — a true, old-school brew that delivers that classic Oktoberfest vibe with a complex, comforting maltiness.
Jackie O’s Wicked Pumpkin Ale
This spiced pumpkin ale has a nice amber color with a moderate full body. Rich caramel flavors from the Munich and Maris Otter malt. The addition of pumpkin spice will bring you straight to the Thanksgiving table.
Paco Loco
A refreshing lawn mower beer with a clean, crisp, light mouthfeel and subtle lime aroma from the late addition of Motueka hops.
Red Beard
This easy drinking red ale has a nice malty balance with hints of toffee/caramel sweetness and a dry roasted finish.
Snowflake
Reminiscent of Christmas cookies and gingerbread. This holiday ale has a nice balance of spice, bitterness, and sweetness. This medium amber colored brew has a rich malty base followed by caramel and dried fruits. A balanced aroma of dried fruits and spices brings you right to the holiday season.
